Zomega Management Team:

	Dr. X.-C. Zhang, Chairman, President Dr. Zhang received 26 patents, published 23 books and book chapters, authored and co-authored over 300 refereed journal papers, delivered over 400 colloquium, seminars, invited conference presentations, and 250 contributed conference talks (since 1990). He is a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, the Optical Society of America, and the American Physics Society. Most recently, he was awarded the OSA Meggers Award (2012) and the IEEE Photonics Society (IPS) 2011 William Streifer Scientific Achievement Award. Dr. Zhang has been active in pulsed THz research since 1988.
	Thomas Tongue, Chief Executive Officer With over twelve years of entrepreneurial and management experience, and a strong technical background founded in his Masters degree in Physics, Thomas bridges the gap between the technical potential of terahertz imaging and the market. His prior start-up experience includes co-founding Imagiware, Inc., an Internet solution provider focusing on web presence and software development, which he bootstrapped to profitability by mid-1996. Thomas earned his MBA from the Lally School of Management & Technology at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
	Dr. Brian Schulkin, Chief Technology Officer Dr. Schulkin's innovative drive has produced five patents and patents pending, and earned him numerous accolades including the Lemelson-Rensselaer Student Price Rensselaer Founders Award of Excelence, and inclusion in the Scientific American 50 (2008).  Dr. Schulkin earned his PhD at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and his thesis work formed the foundation of the mini-Z Compact THz TDS system sold by Zomega.
	Wendy Zhang, Chief Financial Officer Wendys prior experience with managing startups, combined with her pursuit of an MBA through the Lally School of Management & Technology, makes her a valuable asset to the Zomega management team. Wendys experience operating Zomega Technology Corporation, the company which spun out Zomega Terahertz Corporation, will insure continuity as we complete the transition to an independent corporation.
